On the occasion of the 12th European Space Conference, the Community of Ariane Cities (CVA), represented by its Deputy Vice-President Jacques Mangon, Vice-President of Bordeaux Métropole and Mayor of Saint-MédardenJalles (France), by Thomas Einfalt, Mayor of the municipality of Hardthausen (Germany) and by its General Delegate Jean-Sébastien Lemay, participated in the various debates and met representatives of public institutions, such as the European Union, the European Space Agency (ESA) and national space agencies, as well as industry leaders.
In particular, they were able to exchange views with MEP Christophe Grudler, Vice-President of the European Parliament’s Sky and Space intergroup, on the importance of the actual implications of space matters for the various European territories.
